
Booking Process
Are you ready for us to bring that special touch to your event with our magic confetti? Let’s begin! To get started, please fill out a contact form, which allows us to collect important information about your event and initiate the planning process. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours after receiving your inquiry. In our initial communication, we will confirm all details and services based on the completed contact form. If you decide to proceed, the next steps will depend on the services you require.
If you are interested in balloon and rental services, you’ll receive a contract that outlines all requested services, necessary rentals, terms and conditions, estimated total balance, and a 50% non-refundable retainer. This retainer will be applied to your total balance and is essential for securing the materials and supplies needed to create a stunning event! Mockups are available upon request. Please let us know if you would like one at contract signing.
If you are looking for planning and styling services, we will first discuss the overall budget for the event. We will send an invoice for $150 to begin the vision board, which will plan the overall look of the event. This fee will also be applied to your final balance as it is part of our planning and styling packages. Once the vision board is finalized and you would like to proceed with our services, a contract detailing all requested services, needed vendors and rentals, terms and conditions, estimated total balance, and a 50% non-refundable retainer will be sent. This retainer is applied to your final balance and is necessary for securing the materials and supplies needed to ensure your overall vision for the event is executed.
For all services, the due date for the 50% retainer will be included on the invoice sent right after contract signing. All events are booked on a first-come, first-serviced basis, so we cannot hold the date without a retainer. To ensure your date is secured we recommend making the 50% retainer payment on the due date.
A mockup or vision board does not secure your date. We recommend finalizing all vision boards and mockups within one week of receiving to ensure your date is locked in.
For all services, the final balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. An estimated total balance will be included in your contract as any additional services or materials requested after signing may alter the final balance. We aim to stay within your initial budget and will communicate any price changes that are out of our control during the planning phase.
For all services, upon receiving your signed contract and 50% retainer we will start ordering necessary materials and coordinating vendors, if applicable. For all planning and styling packages we will maintain constant communication from day one until your event to ensure every detail matches your vision.
For balloon services, we will finalize colors and materials immediately after contract signing and processing your 50% retainer payment. If you would like a mockup of the setup before ordering materials we can provide one upon request. We recommend making any requests for mockups before contract signing.
If you’re only utilizing rental services, we will confirm receipt of contract and retainer, and we will be in touch 14 days prior to the event date to ensure the final balance is settled.
For all services needed, we will send a final balance invoice 14 days prior to the event date. If payment is not received 10 days prior to the event date, we will reach out regarding the cancellation of all services.
For all services needed, the week of the event we will confirm that the setup time and location remain unchanged since the original booking.
